Anyone know of any good cigar lounges in Tokyo?

I just found out I have to be in Tokyo in late November. I was going to bring some sticks but I have heard that there are some screwy smoking laws in Tokyo. For example, you can't smoke on the street other than on designated street corners.
Does anyone know of any good cigar shop/lounges in or near the Shinjuku district?
