Rocky Patel is an evolution cigar. When you first start smoking they are decent, cheap and readily available but as you gain experience you eventually move to better tasting cigars

more to the point is that Patel starts off with a great cigar.
200,000 sticks later all the original tobacco is gone.
What ?? you didn't buy 10 boxes ??
Oh well, you are stuck with whatever tobacco they could find to roll the " same cigar " as last season.
Generally very good sticks at release,so try a 10 pack.
Most consistent Patel stick is the Renaissance.
Maybe they did not sell well, but 4 years after release they were still excellent.

Huh, I’ve never heard of or tried the Renaissance. I just googled um. May pick one up to try if I ever see um for sale at a B&M, probably won’t order um though. I have also had consistently good experiences with the Sungrown Maduro. I’ve also had a 1990 or two that were okay. The ones listed above however are a hard pass for me!!!
