  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Since some enjoyed my last torano raving review, figured id do another one while it was burning. im a few draws in, and its medium bodied-lots of full flavors! :)

Cigar Filler : Honduras, Costa Rica, Mexico
Cigar Binder : Costa Rica
Cigar Wrapper : Honduran Criollo

1st third: started off very toasty and sporting a nice pepper. The pepper soon dies down though...the best way i can describe the flavor is "roasty and toasty". The wrapper has some dark spots to it, which i found interesting. getting a very slight hint of cinnamon on the finish. the ash is extremely dirty and grey. about an inch in, a nice nutty taste comes into the inhale.

2nd third: Well, the ash doesnt hold very long at all...no biggie tho! A nice peppery spice is now starting to become more prominent as well. peppery inhale, nice smooth and toasty finish. this cigar is very well balanced...just like all the other Toranos ive had. :cbig:

Final Third: The smoke being produced has greatly increased...as well as the spice. same flavors, they are just amplified. i think that's amazing how blenders can achieve that kind of balance. Is this cigar thru the roof amazing? -No. But is it a very enjoyable everyday smoke? -Yes.

Thanks for reading everyone.

the silver exodus has been a go-to smoke for me for the past 2 summers. i love the flavor profile and the balance. the torpedo is usually just the right size, the robusto is nice too, but i dont think it has quite enough time to fully develop. glad to know i'm not the only one enjoying these sticks
