Cello On, to a certain extent. Cello will help trap the flavors, slow aging compare to un cello'd. It will also protect the cigar. A very yellow cello indicates trapped ammonia, that to many palettes is no bueno. Ideal would be same cigars stored with no cello, preferably a spanish cedar enclosure.

There is a time and place for everything. A great pair of lucchese's or Tony Lama's are a must if the occasion arises.
