Bacconnaise!!

A huge "shoutout" goes out to Mike (strife) for mentioning this on his FB page.

I tried it on a couple of cheeseburgers tonight and it is truely sinful. I also picked up a couple of bottles of Bacon Salt; Original and Hickory.

They have a great motto...."Everything should taste like bacon."

They are also the company responsible for the original bacon lip balm!

My sister had been making baconnaise for a little while now. Uses it on sandwiches. Amazing stuff. She mixed bacon grease with mayonnaise and whala. What a great condiment.

I am going to have to pick up some of that lip balm though.

It's amusing stuff. I bought a jar about a year ago, and have used it a few times. I honestly forget about it more often than not! I bet it is great on burgers.
