So after eating my weight in pie this holiday season its time to get back to eating healthy. I took a week off from the gym but its time to start eating protein and lifting like a beast! What are you guys eating to keep those resolutions and stay fit? Lunch for me today is my healthy chicken fried rice. Brown rice, eggs, veggies, and only a couple tbls of olive oil in the whole thing. Gonna feast like a beast!
