OK this is my first review so don't break my balls. First off I bought this off of Todays Cigars.. I have to add they shipped fast and though they didn't go out that day as expected they thru in a coupld of very nic nc's to make up for it and bumped up shipping to get it to me faster.
This is a fastic cigar I highly recommend. It is very well constructed. I only have checked out this first one and letting the others age. It was very smooth and lightly veined on the wrapper.
Upun lighting it, the draw was very easy, the cigar itself was solidly rolled and I was surprised by how easy it did draw... it had a leathery taste and a hint of chocolate to it.. while it is supposed to be full-bodied either I am getting more conditioned to better cigars or this one was what I would consider more medium-full.
I could not put it down and actually had to mentally remind myself to let some time elapse bewtwen each draw... it was THAT good.
I am thinking of trying some of the other Bahias now that I have tried this one, but again I profess I am partial to maduros and this one I would not be hesitant or ashamed to give as a gift to anyone.
Even though i just got finished I am already tempted to pull out another and light it up...
It never turned harsh or bitter even as it got down to the nub though it did get a little stronger it by no means became less enjoyable...
I have read reviews calling it buttery (possibly) licorice ( I am not that discerning) and I would definately give this a rating on the higher end of the point scale...
