  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

LOL, we call it "butt chicken" or at least that's what the kids asked for when they were younger. "Dad, can you make butt chicken"? It stuck.

Did one about a month ago. Instead of just beer, I used 1/2 Dark rum and 1/2 beer. The flavor was substantial. I think you do need to work on creating more aromatic vegetable flavors as you seem to have done. Do you use a leave in thermometer or just eye it up?

these got rubbed down with olive oil first. Then I hit them with some Italian salad dressing. Then a heavy coating of butter mixed with seasoning. Then more dry seasoning. Then basted along the way with my favorite mop sauce.

I love beer but chickens. I have done it with pineapple juice and teryiaki sauce. Yummy
