So I will be in Birmingham at UAB for a few days of work next week (Jan 4-7). I wanted to know if there are any BOTLs in the area, as well as a good cigar shop or cigar bar. When searching I found the Tobacco Leaf and the Humidor Room. Any others that would be worthwhile?

I'm in Birmingham. The shop I go to the most is Cigars and More on Hwy 280.Humidor Room is garbage, and they will be going out of business by the end of Jan. Tobacco Leaf is ok, but overpriced. They have most everything from Davidoff, DPG, Padron all 64 and 26, 45 as well, pretty much all anejos except sharks. Their prices are great, and sales tax is only 5% for their location on 280. I'll pm you my number, and we can get together at the shop if you want.

You travel a lot, what do you do?

I work in the field for a biotech company. Assist sales, train/support customers. Most of my customers are research labs at universities. Alabama isn't part of my current territory...just helping out a colleague. It used to be in my territory. Been to Dreamland before....great ribs!
