Among the other coffees currently available, last night I roasted a few pounds of one of my favorite beans........Indian Mysore Nuggets. In my opinion, all the best characteristics of coffee seem to be amplified in Mysore Nuggets. Sweet, spicy, medium bodied, smooth. The aroma alone will start your day off great. Plus it's got a really funny name!

I've only got a few pounds available at the moment and have a little more on the way but after that it probably won't be around until September. I'm going to try to snag a bag or two then.

Shoot me a PM if you're interested. This is great stuff!

So I was thinking, always dangerous...since you are roasting small batches, and I am always interested in trying new coffees, would you be interested in a sort of coffee club? I will advance you for say 4 lbs. Than as you roast, you could send half pound packages. Its a little bit a accounting on your part but gives you an advanced paid order...

I like it!
Let me think it through a little and we'll come up with something. The shipping is the sticky part with minimum Priority mail charges for each shipment. Maybe I can come up with a more economic shipping method.

I can not wait for the order of mysore nuggets. :blob: :blob:

Generic blended Maxwell House and Folgers does not cut it much for me these days. I need a good kick in the groin. This should work Brian, thanks.

Shawn, you're not crazy. That Sidamo is loaded with fruit flavors that can vary depending on degree of roast and I've even found it to change over a period of days. I love that stuff! Things like that are what make single origin coffees so much fun.
I'm on the hunt for another fruity Sidamo.

I'm glad my taste buds are not off. I am so new to the whole premium coffee thing. That fruity bean was superb.

Ok Ok. It is a tasty coffee. Predominant coffee flavor, with some spice and fruit undertones and since it was roasted nicely, went down smooth.

I read somewhere that the berries are grown on the same soil as spices, like cardamom etc.
