Sancho Panza
"Strong, spicy flavour...I was in Havanaterian Heaven"
Bolivar Belvederes Box Code FR OVUU (La Corona Factory 0388) The cellophane on these dusky beauties at first appeared to be clear, but upon removal, it was a yellowish brown. Although these are supposed to be machine made (machine bunched/hand finished), they are high quality with long filler. The pre-light aroma was wonderful, pure Havana. Although the blend was much stronger at that time than recently, I still half-expected that this cigar had long since passed prime, in terms of strength and flavour. As I lit the gem, I pleasantly found the later supposition to be unfounded. This cigar was as strong as death, spicy enough to burn the inside of my nostrils and the back of my throat, with a rich, earthy flavour…I was in Havanaterian heaven.
