  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

i was lucky enough to get some of these and i have sent a few to some BOTL and today i decided to smoke my first, i smoked the Drac last weekend and i think that they will get better with time but the Boris is ready to smoke now. I was surprised by the flavor and the strength. It was spicy as i expected but much more flavorful that i was expecting. I am no wimp when it comes to cigars, this was strong but not overpowering. for the size it was quite complex and the flavor and spice was very consistent through the entire cigar. I hope that all of you that have this cigar to smoke will enjoy it as much as i did. it is on of my top ten HTF sticks ever to smoke. i would love to hear other thoughts on this cigar.

I agree with your findings about the boris. Loved it. I have become a spice fan. The Frank though is a big favorite of mine and I wish I could have gotten a bunch of those when they were available. I tried the noella reserve two days ago Pete needs to change the name of this stick to little Frank. It was great.

I SO agree with your review, man. The stick was very nice for the first half, then it got REALLY good, then for the final third it was just plain orgasmic!

I just can’t imagine how these will be when they are aged properly (Pete says they’re still too young!).

Great review thanks! I wasn't such a huge fan of Churchill size cigars before I tried the Boris. I always felt they lacked flavor and that great taste I get with smaller cigars. But the Boris just blew me away! It was so flavorful and it's one of the few cigars I've burnt my fingers nubbing it.

I stumbled on the last two in Maine yesterday.......I was stoked - the owner even gave me the box...I called my buddy up -pulled out our fav beverage - and prepared ourselves for the experience (it was my first TAT).......Well folks you are all safe- we got the two bad ones in the bunch. They were both dried up beyond belief (it was a explosion when I cut the cap off and then mine split twice . I KNOW this is not regular- but I have learned to rest them up regardless of how eager I am:crying:

Have yet to smoke my Boris... wondering about those noella reservas dpmrpa was talking about though. Are they still available some where? I'd love to try one.

Totally agree bro. The Boris is a dreamer. It's just hard holding back on them. Don't want to smoke them all up yet. My buddy loved them so much he was offering me more than double retail to get some more from me after the freebie. I can't do that though. It's that good of a cigar.
