Boveda holders

I was thinking about ordering a couple Boveda packets for the office jar I have but saw the boveda holders and wanted to ask...do you think i need one for the jar? I know the boveda's don't actually have any surface moisture on them but do you think it would help it out or is it just pretty looking?

the holder is for the lid of a desktop, and its pretty big. no need for 1 with a jar
