  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I do. I dont see a reason to get rid of them when they come with a perfectly good box of Fuente Cigars. Just throw a cedar insert on top of the cigars in the humi and drop it in there. Compliments what you already use.

I use Boveda packs currently, but the price is killing me. Every 2 months I have to dish out another $32+, never mind shipping fees... and I'm really not storing all that many stogies compared to some folks (I have perhaps 350ish sticks at the moment).

The cost aside, they work very well. But I'm still considering switching to Heartfelt beads from what I've read here over the last few days. I'd rather make a ~$75ish investment once than continue to pay what I am paying.

Agreed. Price sucks, but I keep them and my cigars in about 5 big tupperware containers. Not pretty, and doesn't really work with boxes, but great for singles...

Yeah the price is what's deterring me... I store a small stash in a tupperdor, and I think it would work nicely, but hate to pay that for 'em...... I'd rather trade for it....

I use them. Since I'm in the porch of hell (Artesia N.M.) trying to regulate by my humi's has beena pain in the ass and they've been a god send. The price does hurt a little, but it's worth it to protect my investment.

I buy 'em for trips and what-not, for tupperdor use, or even in my cigar caddy. They last MONTHS for me at a minimum, and much longer if I store them in my wineador.
