  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

OK...this what I had for breakfast:

I made a corned beef hash patty with leftovers from last night, and spiced it up with a little chili, onion and garlic. Toasted an English muffin, spread some garlic chili mayo on it, and topped it with a fried egg, fontina cheese, a slice of onion and the hash pattie in between.

Served with a Bloody Mary....and this was ridiculous good.

Snow day - made the family chocolate-chip pancakes with whip-cream & slices of bananas on top w/ real maple syrup, bacon & coffee. Now the missus just finished a batch of home-made chicken noodle soup (our son was sick last night) - I'm just glad a snowed in weekend isn't more often - I'd be packin it on!

Definately sounds tasty, just what the Birthday Boy needs!

I'm a big corned beef hash fan myself, grew up eating it.

With the exception of the mayo, that sounds like a great breakfast sandwich. I love Corned Beef Hash. I wish I could eat breakfast like that more than 1 or 2 times per month. In a few minutes, I am going to eat a bowl of Oatmeal with a scoop of Whey protein. :hanghead:
