  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Mike, why don't you do 2 batches. One for me and one for you. I would love to offer my opinion on all your hard work. Lol

What hops are you using?

My next which is a Pliney the Elder clone from austin home brew has 17oz of hops. It's crazy they're taking up a vegetable crisper drawer.

3 oz each of of centennial and Chinook.

2 oz Galena to dry hop....Although I wont get this out of primary before I leave for Vegas tomorrow as it is still bubbling away. That will be pretty much be over a week of fairly agressive fermentation action.

This was the AHS Double IPA kit.
