  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Dad and I got tickets to this race, and the Busch race, two years ago...it was totally bad-ass.

IMO, one of THE best races on the schedule.

Too bad my childhood best friend is getting married that night. Thank goodness for the DVR.

Yep, that was one bomb weekend. Got a speeding ticket in Ohio, had passes to the DuPont Hospitality tent, gave two passes to an old couple that thought I was trying to rip them off, only to see them at the tent on Saturday. Gordon fans all decked out. The guys wife even got Jeff's autograph. They couldn't thank us enough for the passes. Felt good to make their weekend. And best of all, the seats were GREAT. Steady vibration from the cars and you can see the action on the entire track. No waiting for something to happen or wondering what the smoke is all about in the far turn.

Yep, one GREAT time.

Speaking of Bristol, I suggest that if any of you are going, you visit Sidetrack Tobacco on State Street. Its about 10 mins away from the speedway itself. Great B&M with a large walk in with a great selection and a nice lounge in the back.

Congrats to brother Carl for the win  I did OK compared to what drivers I didn't pick. So I'm happy.

Another week with my drivers all getting sub-par finishes. This week Hamlin gets me 43rd and Gordon 19th. WTF is going on with team Headbanger?

At least I pulled Kenseth for Gordon, but benched Truex for Hamlin.
