  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

This 7×48 medium brown slightly toothy box pressed stick gave off a sweet tobacco pre-light aroma. The burn was almost razor sharp all the way down with perfect performance and an excellent draw with just the right amount of resistance. Flavors included barnyard, leather, nuts and wood, with touches of pepper and heat on the finish. Body was medium-full overall, intensifying as it went along. Thank you very much to Robert Spoden for generously donating this stick for review, it is greatly appreciated! To learn more about and purchase these you can visit Bucanero Cigars. More in the video!

Barnyard?! What does that mean? Cause if I try to think of what a barnyard might taste like I throw up a little in my mouth?

Of course it's not an advertisement - I just had some donated for review and did them relatively close together out of courtesy.

Barnyard is an earthy hay.

I know Bryan... We're not poking fun at you by any means.... just a little back and forth banter. What do you have lined up next for review ?

I have to check the humidor later and see. I just got back from Grand Cayman and have some packages to unwrap full of more goodies :) I have some other donated sticks that have been acclimating, I'll see what's ready later today :) Meanwhile I will put today's up live in a few minutes when I get through more of my emails. I always have a weeks worth of production ready, not posted yet.

No, no Cubans for me...it was a very cigar-unfriendly cruise and I didn't need the hassle of trying to bring any back. I didn't even smoke 1/2 of what I brought :(

It was Carnival. I was last on 3 years ago and it was great - now you can't even smoke out on the decks or balconies and are relegated to a corner of the back lounge in the stupid 1/2 back chairs that aren't comfy for more than 10 minutes. Not even in the casino.
