Finally got some Spanish cedar slats sent to the house, and cut them up to make supports for the trays in my wineador. They were 1/4” x 5” x 48”. I cut each into three 16” lengths, then split each into 2.5” wide strips. Clamped them all together in a bundle and power-sanded off about 1/4” of the length, maybe a tad less, so they fit the width of the wineador. Now, this still doesn’t equate sliding drawers or anything, but at least now my trays don’t bump on the scalloped wine racks I had in. That was obnoxious... and noisy.16F2B307-5115-41ED-85A1-960FEAE1FDA7.jpeg5C4AA96B-441F-4836-88C9-CFDAAB5F0393.jpeg39BBA7A2-9A80-497E-BD75-89D36AB899DF.jpeg3C4C8EEF-1FFA-4979-AB39-3845ECC0E129.jpeg

Beautiful Ludwig!
Yeah, I finally got my dream drum kit about three years ago. All Ludwig maple, except for the Ludwig Supraphonic snare. 26” kick drum. Paiste Giant Beat cymbals (24” ride!) and DW hardware. Too bad I don’t really play gigs anymore
