Bush, Blair, and Putin go to hell and the devil tell them they can each have one phone call home.
Putin says he'd like to make a call and the devil tells him "It will cost you 1 million dollars to make the call. Putin swears but hands over the money and makes his call.
Next the devil asks Tony Blair if he'd like to make a call. Blair says yes and the devil tells him it will cost 1 million dollars. Blair hands over the cash and makes his call.
Finally the devil asks GW if he'd like to make a call and Bush says yes. The devil says "OK, your call is free."
