I went to Perfecto Cigars for a few beer week events. It is a cigar, wine, and beer bar. He had some great tasting events. I did all of them except Lost Coast. That place is one of my regular haunts. Come check it out some time, Rev only carries Microbrews on tap so its all good stuff.

I was busy today shooting pheasents and watching the race or I would have been there. Rev is holding onto some Alaskan Smoked Porter '08 for me.

How'd the bird hunt go Joe?

BTW - We've extended the $2 bottle and pint specials until they're gone. Basically we've got 12oz and 22oz bottles of Anderson Valley, Alaskan, Lagunitas, Lost Coast and North Coast that we need to move as we only have room for keg beer.

The Cigar & Brew events were amazing...tons of new faces and standing room only on Friday and Saturday. We featured RP Edge Corojo and Maduro as well as Brickhouse in our $7 Pint + Cigar pairings. It was such a hit we'll definitely do it again in the future!
