  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I have it on good authority that Scott Pioli is coming to KC. It makes sense the "sought after" New England GM who was talking with Cleveland among others is now laying low, not interviewing. Could Clark Hunt have pulled it off?

I hope I've not jinxed it and that if he does come he cleans house, coaches to LJ. The only downside I see is Tony G will probably not return next year.

I've been a Chiefs fan since the 70's suffered through many losing seasons, rode the Marty Bus, thanked Carl then cursed him and even met Lamar Hunt once in the Arrowhead parking lot (he walked around before every home game greeting fans) but the past 2 season's have been painful to watch and with a little luck it may be about to change.

Clark Hunt has said no announcement until after the Pro Bowl but I hear it could come by this weekend. GO CLARK GO!!!

A brother in law of mine is big into pro sports, and he was talking about certain executives that are locks to turn around a program. He mentioned Bill Parcells, and Scott Pioli.

I don't pretend to follow pro sports that close, but the Patriots seem to be able to take any player off the scrap heap and make them productive. I give all the credit to Belicheck (sp?).

it's all kind of hush hush. but those of us in the kc area are holding our breath in hopes that pioli is going to be the man. after listening to several interviews of boston sportswriters, he sounds like the man to bring the team back to it's former, former former glory!
