I rarely use the cigar auction sites that much, but I do check them out atleast 2-3 times a week.

I usually get a good deal on my AVO domains, and Royal Jamaica Parklane's. That's about all I really shop for anymore.

The past week, both CBid and Cigarauctioneer had boxes of CAO Anacondas up for bid. I'll be damned if I didn't get both! At cigarauctioneer, I paid pretty much Famous' sale price w/ the my end of the shipping included. Saved $5.95 or so.

CBid I only paid $55 for the box. That really surprised me.

...and then there's this monster!

Mind you...that's for an INDIVIDUAL cigar!

I wonder if some of these people don't understand...usually cigarbid makes it "very" clear, but this one isn't as clear as most single cigar auction. Hell, there are a couple overpriced websites where one can be had for $25-30, why would anyone pay even more??

I really feel sorry for those guys if they accidentaly bid 61$ per cigar !

I just paid 8$ for #48 anejos! My local B&M charged 10$

and also, imho there is little similarity between the two (opus and anejo)
except quality!

Welcome to BOTL! Go to the Introduction room and say Hi!

I would never pay that price. I got a box of 50s for $181.00.

What's really funny is that the auction is still drawing bidders.

I feel sorry for those guys who jumped at the bid button w/o reading the details.
