Grabbed my usual coffee and ice water and took my spot outside looking forward to the evening's cigar. Excellent construction with the most even burn I've seen so far on any cigar I've smoked. This was my first CAO venture and although I was slightly disappointed, I am eagerly looking forward to trying the Brazilia and Italia line and perhaps Soprano lines.

To me it was pretty non-eventful and tasted like the more economical cigars I buy for everyday yard gars. Not sure what I was sensing flavor wise but there was a slight leathery taste throughout the entire cigar with no serious hints of other flavors. I only paid $3 for a single and probably will not purchase this CAO version again. These are some stats:

Country: Nicaragua
Length/Ring: 7 1/2 x 54
Strength: Medium
Wrapper: Natural, Ecuadorian Connecticut seed

Again, I'm not an afficianado, but for me, it just didn't do it.

By the way, an overall rating of 7 is average to me. I guess I'm used to the old school marking system.
