Card Brands for ORdering

Perhaps my memory is turning to rubbish, but I remember that - at least since I've been into CCs - that seemingly all vendors would only accept Visa. I've recently stumbled upon a new vendor that claims that they accept Visa and MC.

Has anybody recently used an MC for ordering? If so, did you have to jump through any hoops to do so?

I plan on letting my Visa expire soon, hence the reason for my inquiry.

I use my American Express for orders. No foreign transaction fees.

Yes mc works for some but I've always been charged an international charge of close to 10%. Maybe that's a Huntington thing but it's still crazy imo

Been using using Chase Freedom Unlimited visa with zero problems. Plus it racks up points with no international fees.
