Chat Challenge: Accepted! (Chopped BOTL style)

Hanging out in chat tonight took a turn towards the dark side of the force when I let slip that I only had eggs and beer in my fridge. A challenge arose to cook a dish made up of the following ingredients:
Eggs
Beer
Flour
Sugar
Peas
Matzo Meal (Breadcrumbs for you non matzo folks)
Cholula Hot Sauce

I took video of the whole damn thing, but I'm too lazy to edit it tonight.

Here's the finished product:


The cookies have a Madeline cookie consistency but less airy.

Final recipe:
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 bottle of vienna style lager
2 eggs
1/4 bottle of Cholula
1/4 cup of Matzo meal
pinch of curry powder
2 TBS applesauce

I tought the challenge was to drink beer with all those mighty ingredients.

But the Jedi used a mind tricks on us and said 'those are not the beverages you're looking for'

And managed to make a healty breakfast patty that competes with the best dog treats of this world, or even real food!

It actually looks good. Congrats on making this an edible outcome Master Jedi!
