  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Anyone else a fan? Raising 2 plants currently. From what I have read, these are chili tepin, not pequin.
The big plant is producing like crazy, but absolutely no heat. The smaller of the two is "oh, my god" hot.
Love the taste of these little guys. Taste a lot like the Thai chilis the guys at work bring, but in a lot smaller package.

I have never grown them, but I usually don't plant hot varieties.
This afternoon I bought 10# of Hatch Chili's. They roasted them for me and I have spent the last 90 minutes peeling them and put them i freezer bags for the freezer. I got the mild ones so my wife will each them too. I am going to make a Hatch Chicken Enchilada casserole tomorrow.
