I assume you're wanting ones to document where and when you bought cigars? There have been some group buys on here from time to time, but I don't remember where they purchased from. You could use just plain copy paper and cut it to size, but that's probably a little more labor intensive than you're looking for.

Yeah, I want to get a little more OCD about marking when and where sticks came from. Especially as I've started participating in a few trades and want to give the right credit back to the person who gave it to me!
