Is there a website that provides the details of how cigars are constructed?

I buy more singles that boxes and need the pedigree for sticks ... like wrapper, binder, filler, length/ring, vitola, etc. I'm beginning a cigar log, and being a noob, I'm still learning (a lot).

I did check the "cigar guide and references", but it doesn't have the info I'm looking for with respect to specific sticks.

I actually spent a lot of time doing research awhile back on youtube...I know it sounds dumb...but there is a lot of information on there! Just be ready to sort through the crap...I also like it because of the video format learning experience.

I am not aware of specific make up of each type of cigar out there you can find in any one spot or site. The place where you buy the stick should have most of that information. You can buy blank bands and jot down a lot of info. if you write very small and wrap them around the sticks. So when you smoke that particular cigar you should know the name, size, where bought, or anything else you want to write. The bands are available from a few of our sponsors.
