Cigar Oasis Problems

Hi, just joined the BOTL forum and have a problem with my cigar oasis xl plus. It's worked flawlessly for 10 months and now appears to have the decrease humidity button stuck because the setting continually decreases. When it gets to the lowest level, it starts all over at the top and begins the downward setting cycle over and over.

Any ideas as to how I might resolve this or have you heard of it happening to others?

only advice would be to contact the dealer that you bought it from. you shouldnt screw with it because you might void the warranty. obviously, something is screwed up, and doesnt sound like it could be fixed at home.
