I hope this is the correct forum for this. I wanted to give a heads up to anyone that has the Cigar Oasis WiFi Connector. The service is down and will be down for about 2 more weeks. If you contact Cigar Oasis they will add you to a list that will notify you when it comes back.
I noticed that around 11/15 I stopped getting data on the app and website but did not have time to look into because of the holidays and stuff. I have a couple of digital hygrometers so was not to worried. I contacted them today after confirming everything looked good on my side and support explained that the service is down and will be down for a while. They did not tell me what the actual issue is.
