  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

All Tobacco is 1st Generation Cuban Seed Grown in Nicaragua.
Cigars are rolled in classic Cuban tradition by Master Rollers in Little Havana Miami, FL U.S.A. Headed by Maestro Tobaquero Jose Garcia.
Cigars are rolled with a beautiful Cuban triple-cap and are Medium to Full in flavor.

Well It's been awhile since I've done a review but this ol friend just braught it out in me.
This is in my opinion Pete's best regular production cigar in the brown lable or Cojonu series. It is a very refined smoke and the flavors, although hints, are delicately introduced through out the smoke.
I always just try to cut the cap off with my Xi2 and tap the end.
The burn is always crisp which I've hardly ever had to touch up while smoking and the draw is very nice. Not to tight and not to loose. The light is always stong on the tabacco and what I think to be white pepper but after a good half inch it settles and starts to take form. No harshness either. To me there are no stages to this cigar yet it is very eventfull. It seamlessly exudes hints of leather, dark coffee, earth, and even a little hint of raisen threw the nose on the exhale. Now I will be the first to admit I don't get all the fancy flavors some of you do on other cigars but with this cigar, I get it.
No need to take pics as I smoke because like I said it's consistent till the very end which last me a good 1hr 45mn to 2hr's depending.
All in all I really injoy this smoke. I know there are better flavored Tat's out there but there limited or small batch which makes it difficult to get anytime.
This is a regular production cigar that is easy to find at most B&M's (Except mine...I have to order on internet). It's a bit pricey at around $12 which is why I only smoke one about once a week but it's worth it, or atleast worth the wait. I truly love this smoke and that is why it is number one on my list of NC favorites of regular production cigars.
Cheers!

I haven't had one of these in a while, but I remember being awesome. I believe it was an '06 when the secondary band was flat and not embossed.

nice review. This is still one of my favorite Tatuajes and favorite cigars in general!

Back in the saddle with a great review! Thanks, Tom!

I, too, remember finding the flavors enticing without being in your face!

Yeah, I'm thinking Saturday afternoon!

Nice review Tom. The Reg lines are always a great reminder as to why not chase all the Le's all the time. Cojonus especially IMO.

I gotta get me one of these, I haven't seen a bad review yet on them. Guess I'll have to splurge on a special occassion soon. With Valentine's day coming up, maybe I'll share one with my wife.
