College Football Herf 9/13/08

So the Buckeyes are starting the season off a little stronger this year by playing USC on Spetmeber 13th.

I'm gonna be throwing a little party/herf for any and all that want to join.

Havne't ironed out all the detainls yet, but i do one of these every year for a buckeyes night game.

What i do know:
- Gonna do a bunch of bbq. Last year was tailgate foods, this year is BBQ. Pulled pork, ribs, chicken and we'll probably do a load of wings and other fried foods at the half.
- Keg o'beer, or 2.
- Outdoor projection screen to watch the game 12' x 12' viewing area, so even the oldest of the crotchety old bastards can't complain about not seeing it.
- I'll supply cigars for any BOTLs that wanna join.
- This is a non-child friendly party. I love kids and all, but i don't have enough room for 20 kids to run around.
- This starts early around noon and goes til after the game and then some.

I do 2 big, or what i consider to be big, parties every year, New Years and this one. This one usually brings in about 30-40 people.

So if your interested in coming up/down/over to Ohio for some Que and a herf, you're more than welcome at my place.

Solowgreg - It's only 1;15 max from downtown Cinci to my house.

Nik, the guy with the online humidor shop, who's posted twice. he's about 36 miles from my house.

Garymataui(?) Hes also about 36 miles from my house. He and nik are in the same town. He posts just about as much as Nik.

We got somebody up in Twinsburg i believe. He's a regular poster...whats his name???

There's a guy over in zanesville. big into street rods...really likes is jack daniels. Was smokin and drinkin in his mower shed one time...what's his name too?? Not a real often poster. Came around for a week or so and then gone.

Len_T over in Ripley, WV is about 2 hours away.

Indyrob is about 3.5 hours.

lakesidetoker is bout 3 hours. He's up there near put-in-bay.

Diesel from Pittsburgh is about 3:15 from my door.

And Dprice. well, hop on that jet and you're here in 6 hours.


and just to let yall in on my life at this very moment...theres' someone here in our office that makes that impossible whistle sound every time he makes an "S" sound. it's annoying
