Counterfeit RyJ Churchhill

A friend of mine sent me this cigar, he got it in Las Vegas.
it is a bad counterfeit, notice the band does not have the raised lines and look how off center the printing is.

His heart was in the right place, I'll probably go ahead and smoke it just so see if I can guess what it really is.

It would be nice to see pictures of the cap and foot. That is one of the worst bands I have seen, but it is not the most reliable determinator of authenticity.

Yep. That one is so bad it is almost comical. Better indicators like tubaman says; cap, respect of ring gauge and length, cut of foot, wrapper, etc.

I received one in a tube that was absolutely the worse looking counterfeit in a long time. Guy was passing them out like candy. I knew why once I got home.

True but when the band is this bad you don't have to go any further. I wish they were all this easy to spot!

Okay as requested here are pics of the cap and the foot, it does have a triple cap, I hadn't noticed before, once I saw the band I didn't look any further, LOL
it is 6 7/8" x 47, about the right size.
I havnt summoned up the courage to smoke it yet.
