Cusano LXI question

So I received a box of Cusano LXI as coupon deal from Famous and I cant leave them down for more than ~15 seconds or they go out, the humidor they're in is at a consistant 72% RH, but as I live in Colorado which is incredibly dry climate, I keep it on the high side and that usually works perfectly for me, does anyone else have this problem or am I over humidifying?

How long have you had them acclimating? Maybe try dry boxing one and see how that goes. With the RH at 72, it might be holding them on the wet side if they are fresh.

that was successful, no issues now. I guess my humidity was just too high, thanks!
