Custom T-shirts?

The wifey is wanting to get some custom t-shirts made. A life-long friend of hers found out she has stage 4 liver cancer, and their family is still paying off medical bills from her fight with ovarian cancer. We're hoping to raise a little scratch to help them out.
Anyway, do any of you guys have any experience with any of the online t-shirt outfits? I think she's looking at Vistaprint..

use them about 10 times a year from 20-150 t-shirts. I don't know how much you need but they're good people. I've used Vistaprint but the quality of the shirts isn't as good.
