Custom Wine Cooler Shelves..

I am from Turkey and I am temporarily in Washington, DC for a couple of months more. Before I leave, I need three or four custom cedar shelves for my wine cooler. Could you recommend me some places to get it done in DC or nearby locations ?

What is the best solution for the condensation in the wine cooler ? Is there a way to avoid ? I will be using a thermo-electric wine cooler.

Is it better to buy a wine cooler with compressor ?
