Custom Zippo

Well, I was over at the Zippo site messing around - looking to see if they really do have an odorless fuel. Turns out they have a "Low Odor" fuel.

Good enough for me lol!

So I went ahead and designed a custom lighter to go with it... What do you guys think? It was a photo I took of a Illusione 68. When I first did it, I had the whole photo on it including my hands. The wife was making up all kinds of stories as to what it looked like, so I cropped it to look like this. To plain? Bottom right would be my surname.

No offence taken if you don't like it. I am torn. Oh - and does anyone have a coupon code for Zippo? 10 and change for shipping - ouch!

Cool. Didn't know they did customs. Nice image on that one. I'd keep the name off it but that's just my preference.

I like it a lot. IMHO, I would leave your name off of it. But again, it's custom and if you like it then leave it. I think it would look a lot better without it and just have the composition of the cigar, smoke and the black background of it. Keep it simple. You don't want to overkill.

I think it's like $10 or $15 for an image to go on the zippo??? I did one the other night out of curiosity while I was wide awake and bored.

I threw one of these in a zippo I got as a gift and it works flawlessly. You wouldn't even be able to tell the difference, except for the fact it doesn't stink!
