  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I've decided to add a xikar v-cutter to my arsenal, having heard positive reviews of the cutter, and the style itself. I currently cut everything with a Xikar XI1. I've been looking for a couple of weeks, and haven't noticed one of the VXs for awhile. I'm not noticing much in the way of Palio or Xikar cutters, come to think of it. Anybody know what's going on? Anybody have a source for similar prices that CB had?

Reidmorebooks will tell you, I use his colibri V cutter when we hang out and that thing is awesome! Nice Deep V and can fit nice sized ring guages.

Yea you just kinda have to keep an eye out for accessories you want on that site. I looked for a few weeks before the Colibri popped up. I think I ended up saving like $10 over MSRP, and I am REALLY happy with it. Xikar V is good but the Colibri offers a much deeper cut which opens the draw up very nicely.
