It's tough waiting. I used to wait till I opened my last bag to make a new order. Well I learned the hard way and I order when I have two unopened bags left. I had a couple dry spells and ended up getting some local beans. They weren't bad but they weren't my favorite Tanzanian Peaberry!

I know waiting can be hard. Depending on order volume, timing and the roasting schedule, I sometimes have to wait for the next round of roasting (usually only a day or so) to get mail orders out. Since we lose time in shipping I always want mail orders to be fresh as possible.
