Making smoked turkey gumbo for the race tomorrow. If I smoke the turkey myself, the gumbo takes three days to make. Since I didn't have time to do that it only takes two days. Bought a smoked turkey and I just finished breaking it down to make the stock. The stock takes three to four hours to really get good, then I will get the gumbo going tomorrow morning. Any other NASCAR fans cooking something special tomorrow?
