  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I have wondered that myself every time I go to a bar or restaurant and ask "whats on tap" and they tell me of a beer that is not even close to the correct season and I ask myself why. Sam Adams is bad about. I went to Outback in early January and their seasonal beer was Sam Adams Spring Ale. I told the bar tender that he was about 2 to 3 months too early. Thanks for the info.

I guess I hadn't paid too much attention....although I did notice the Winters were out pretty early I suppose.

I'm only a Fall and Winter Seasonal guy. The Srping, Summers never do much for me....but to have a brew axed cause retailers need to make room in the Fall, for their Winter inventory? That's garbage.

Costco does this though...with Holiday decor and whatnot. Not a new concept, but ya hate to see it affect the smaller brewers.

Just another reason not to drink Sam Adams for me. Not that I needed another besides not being a fan of their beer.
