Just missed you guys. I was in Ft Worth all last week.

I ate at Lonesome Dove in the Stockyards. I have added that restaurant to my all time Top Ten restaurants. It was the high point of my trip.

I recommend highly the Elk Sausage Sliders with seared foie gras and blueberry jam. Damn they were good!!!

The Rabbit-Rattlesnake sausage were also delicious

I had the New Zealand Red Deer Tenderloin for my main course.
