  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

This has become (with a few months rest on them) one of my favorite smokes that I can afford to buy by the box, and smoke every day. It is a full bodied coffee and earth powerhouse by AJ Fernandez. I have yet to have an burn or build issues with one. Just a good, solid, straightforward every day smoke. Full review and pics at the blog: SMOKE INTO OBLIVION Thanks for reading.

Enjoyed my first Diesel UC last night and pretty much agree with the doc's review. I didn't find it very strong though, with Vitamin N levels about the medium range.

It was packed with complex flavors though - with plenty of coffee, molasses, sweet spices, mild pepper, wood and tobacco.

Anyone know if the Diesel Shorty's have a similar profile?

My first last night too. I can't believe how this cigar tasted to me. It was a mix of LP 9 and T52, with more leaning towards the T52. Everything from the prelit smell and draw, to the smoke tatse, to the smoke aroma. I was blown away how Liga P it was.

The shorty tastes nothing like the UhC. It has a robust flavor hmmm perhaps it's even pepinesque.

Yes I agree the UC and Unlimited are both delicious. The first UC I tried was just meh but the next one I got in was just great. I like the Unlimited even better. I have not tried the Shorty but would love to.
