BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Grilled to crispy outside is wonderful. Then you eat it with any other breakfast food. Or, it also makes a great SLT (same as a BLT) if is is fried to crispy, and grilled it gives a whole 'nother flavor.
Haven't ate it in a long time but it was always good with eggs in the morning.
Never tried it but I loved me some bologna sandwiches as a kid. They're close enough right?
