I've seen that before. One question is, how current is this list? A lot of these offenders move around and do not file addy changes like they should.
It's scary to think about the number of people on this list.

I looked at this thread prior to going to the post office. There's 1 offender in my entire subdivision. And when I was driving back home, I recognized the guy (from the site) checking his mailbox near the road. Creepy.
