Don Pepin's #1 Roller ?

Hey. There is a new B&M near me that is having a Pepin event on March 27 (my b-day). So I took the day off and plan to go hang out there for 2 or 6 hours and see what it's all about.

This event is supposed to have Don Pepins #1 roller. Does anybody have a clue on who this chap may be and a little history? I don't know if this is a release or what.

Just lookin to see what I may be in for.
