  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So if you don't have your Palio or Xikar handy, and you really need to cut a couple cigars for the ride home, you can always use the Powermatic 66 table saw, it runs about $2800.00 and doesn't fit in your pocket, but cuts perfectly, no tearing, no rips, even straight cut and the cap conveniently gets sucked away by the dust collector. Or, if that's out of your price range, consider the DeWalt 12" Compound Miter Saw, same results at a fraction of the cost, around $500 and it's more portable...the choice is yours! Of course both cuts are a perfect 90 degrees to the body of the cigar as well, no odd angles here!

Would Pete approve?

Perfect cut!

I just put a fresh blade on here this afternoon too!

Yes, the blade is running

Your company must thrive on its productivity and lack of wasted man hours :eyepoke:. J/K, I have to admit that is pretty cool, you are never away from a cutter. I would without a doubt lose a finger at some point during the process. I will stick to my Palio for now

I think you need to install the splitter/akb on that beast! I had a piece of oak kickback and catch me across the stomach, hurt like hell. Nearly knocked me down. From what I hear a Tatuaje is much more powerful than a piece of oak!

Just when one thinks Wade has turned into a hard-working, productive addition to society; he proves us wrong. Ye still have too much time on yer hands, mate. Hilarious, nonetheless! :smokingbo
