Edgestar problems

Just got my edgestar cooler last night. The model is a dual zone 21 bottle cooler. I plugged it in last night and none of the electronics worked on it. I'll be calling customer service. Just wanted to know how everyone else is doing with theirs.

Talked to customer service. They took it back no problem. The only thing that sucks is that I have to repack and take it to ups. Another downer is they have no more 21 bottle open box coolers:disappoin

just keep looking on their site. I wanted the 28 bottle, and another botl member who i will not mention (phiberglass) snagged the last open box they had. I waited and about a month or less later they had them again. He is officially off the hook!
