As some of you know I use espresso as my main source fluids. At work we have a private saeco that we grind about a kilo of beans a month. We've been using kicking horse kick ass beans which are extremely dark and oily for the past 3 years and Enjoy it immensely. I would like to see if there is anything else out there that you feel makes a great strong non bitter espresso (needs to be whole bean).
